How do I know if I’m eligible to join?
You’ll be invited via email if you’re opted-in, and at checkout if you place an order. You can check your eligibility status at any time by visiting the Love Papier page within My Account.
What do I have to do to be eligible?
You’ll become eligible when you place your 4th order, provided that you’ve i) spent over £100 in your customer lifetime and ii) your preceding order was placed in the last 6 months.
I’m eligible! How do I join?
Log in and visit the Love Papier page within My Account. Here you can fill in your details and click “Join the Club”.
What rewards do I get as a member?
Members enjoy free shipping on all orders shipping to a UK address with economy delivery. They’ll also get early access to new collections, promotions and events, as well as some surprises from time to time.
How do I redeem my free delivery reward?
It’ll be automatically applied to any orders shipped with economy delivery to a UK address. You’ll need to be logged in using the email address that was invited to join.
I live outside of the UK, is the program available in non-UK countries?
Unfortunately Love Papier is only available to customers placing orders in the UK store and living at a UK address.
Do I need to be subscribed to emails to be a member?
No, but members who are subscribed will benefit from more perks as that’s how we’ll send you exclusive promotions and early access to offers and new collections. To sign up, visit the Love Papier page within My Account, tick the box to sign up for emails and click “Update”.
Will it cost me anything to join?
No, membership is completely free.
If I change my mind, can I opt out of Love Papier?
Yes, you can opt-out at any time by visiting the Love Papier page within My Account and clicking on the program opt-out link at the bottom of the page.
