Terms & Conditions - The Paper Club
1. The Paper Club loyalty scheme
1.1 You must have a Papier account to earn loyalty points.
1.2 Every £1 or $1 spent on papier.com earns the customer 1 point, excluding purchases of wedding items, gift cards, credit and bulk orders.
1.3 Points will be rounded to the nearest lowest whole number (for example, if a customer spends £39.90, they would earn 39 points).
1.4 One a customer has earned 50 points £5 or $5 credit will be automatically added to their account.
1.5 One a customer has earned 100 points £10 or $10 credit will be automatically added to their account.
1.6 One a customer has earned 200 points £20 or $20 credit will be automatically added to their account.
1.7 Credit will be applied to the customer’s account 48 hours after the points threshold has been reached.
1.8 Credit earned through the Paper Club loyalty scheme will expire after 12 months.
1.9 Points do not have an expiry date.
2. Opting out of the Paper Club loyalty scheme
2.1 You may opt out of the Paper Club loyalty scheme by logging into your Papier account, navigating to the account area and unchecking the check box marked I would like to receive emails related to the Papier loyalty scheme
3. Exceptions and conditions
3.1 Loyalty points cannot be accrued on purchases of wedding items, gift cards, credit or bulk orders.
3.2 Retrospective points cannot be added for purchases made on papier.com prior to enrolment into the Paper Club loyalty scheme (before 22 October 2024).
3.3 The maximum amount of credit must be used on any given order once credit has been applied.
Credit cannot be applied in smaller increments and can only be used in a partial payment when the order value exceeds the total amount of credit in the given account.
3.4 If you apply credit to an order you cannot accrue loyalty points for the portion of the order paid for using credit.
3.5 The level of the reward for eligible Paper Club loyalty scheme members is subject to change by Papier at any time without advance notice. The reward cannot be exchanged for cash.
3.6 Papier reserves the right to cancel the Paper Club loyalty scheme or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed loyalty rewards will be forfeited at that time.
3.7 Papier reserves the right to close the account(s) of any customer who attempts to use the Paper Club loyalty scheme in a questionable or fraudulent manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.
3.8 Loyalty points cannot be accrued on items or orders that have been cancelled or returned.
