“I was able to successfully create a lovely book for my Mum's 90th birthday although I had not attempted one before. The layouts I chose did not always allow for text to be added but the book spoke for itself so wasn't necessary. I needed some support and I was able to get guidance via the chat/helpline. I understand that certain difficulties I had were caused by me using an iPad to create and this issue was going to be passsed on. I would definitely use Papier again.”
