Update on delivery times over the holiday season

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic this time of year is even busier than usual for our couriers:

  • Please order as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment
  • Click view delivery info next to any product to see the delivery timescale
  • Once you add an item to your basket and proceed to the checkout you will be able to see your shipping options, including the date we expect you to receive your order
  • You will also see your expected delivery date in your order confirmation email

We produce your pieces of Papier on demand (especially for you) from our family of printers in Australia. Once printed and despatched, they make their way to you via the below delivery methods.


Standard Delivery

  • Arrives in 2 - 5 business days after dispatch
  • Costs from $10.75
  • Includes tracking

Tracked Delivery

Please note

Delivery to Western Australia or more rural areas can take 6-7 working days

Production times

For most products, production takes 2-3 full business days before dispatch.

If you order a sample pack or a foil pressed item, production takes 4 - 5 working days and these are shipped from the UK, which can take 10 working days for delivery.

Returns & Cancellations

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we typically don't accept returns. If you're not happy with your order please let us know within 7 days of receipt of the parcel. For non-personalised products, we accept returns within 28 days of receipt of the parcel, please email support@papier.com to start the return process.

To allow us to assist you, please email support@papier.com with clear photographs if applicable, as this will help us work out a resolution for you as quickly as possible.
