Greeting Cards

If ordered before midday, Monday to Friday, greeting cards are delivered next day in 95% of cases. If ordered after 12pm on Friday, or Saturday and Sunday, your order will be posted on Monday as this is the next working day.

Shipping costs are as follows:
- Standard Delivery for Greeting Cards: from £0.65

Invitations, Notebooks, Notecards, Card Sets, Photo Books, Guest Books, Diaries, Planners, Day Stationery, Table Plans, Children's Books

We need to allow 3 - 4 days for printing most of our products before dispatch. Please refer to the FAQs and individual product pages for more details.

Delivery options are as follows:
- Standard Delivery: £2.50 (delivered 1 - 3 working days after dispatch, including Saturdays)
- DPD Tracked: £5.00 (delivered next weekday after dispatch - does not include Saturdays)
Some items, such as Wedding Signs and Table Plans are too large and/or heavy to be shipped with standard delivery.

Please Note:
- for digitally printed invitations (including samples), notecards, card sets, notebooks and the children's book, production takes 3 full working days (Mon - Fri).
- if you order a Photo Book, choose 'double thick' paper stock (i.e 650gsm) or a gold foiled item, production takes 4 working days.
- samples and sample packs are sent with Royal Mail First Class which costs £0.65

Delivery takes 5 - 8 working days for Europe and 7 - 10 working days for Rest of World - shipping costs are as follows:
- Greeting Cards to Europe: from £1.20
- Greeting Cards to Rest of World: from £1.50

Delivery times may vary but on average, orders will arrive within 7 - 10 working days for Europe and 9 - 12 working days for Rest of World from the point of ordering - shipping costs are as follows:
- Standard Delivery to Europe: from £4.50
- Tracked Delivery to Europe: from £8.00
- Standard Delivery to Rest of World: from £6.50
- Tracked Delivery to Rest of World: from £12.00

Approximate transit times after dispatch for Express postage to Europe:
Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark: 2-3 Working Days

Switzerland, Czech Republic, Italy, Slovakia, Spain: 3-4 Working Days

Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Sweden: 4-6 Working Days
Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Norway: 4-9 Working Days

Please Note:
- for digitally printed invitations (including samples), notecards, card sets, notebooks and children's books, and day stationery production takes 3 full working days (Mon - Fri).

- samples are sent with Standard Delivery which costs £0.90 to Europe and £1.60 to Rest of World

Returns & Cancellations

If you're not happy with your order please let us know within 7 days of receipt of the parcel, so we can investigate any faulty or damaged items received. To allow us to assist you, please email support@papier.com with clear photographs if applicable, as this will help us work out a resolution for you as quickly as possible. We will not be able to issue a refund or replacement for you if the Product(s) are in a good condition but the content is wrong due to a mistake made when ordering.
