Photos associated with a Papier.com account that have never been used in a saved design, nor an ordered product, will be deleted after 3 months from the date of upload. Photos associated with a Papier.com account that have been used in a saved design, but not in an ordered product, will be deleted after 13 months from the date of upload. Photos not associated with a Papier.com account (i.e uploaded by a guest user) and have never been used in a saved design, nor an ordered product, will be deleted after 1 month from the date of upload. Photos not associated with a Papier.com account, (i.e uploaded by a guest user) that have been used in a saved design, but not in an ordered product, will be deleted after 3 months from the date of upload. When a photo has been used in an ordered product, it will be deleted after 2 years from the date of upload, unless it has since been used in a new saved design or ordered product. In which case, the rules above apply.

Unfortunately, due to circumstances with a third party provider, products created using photos uploaded to the website prior to June 25th 2025 may no longer be accessible.
