Due to the personalised nature of these products, we don’t typically accept returns. However, if you're not 100% happy with your order, get in touch within 30 days of your order date and we'll sort it.

Our single thickness paper is 324gsm. That’s code for nice and thick.
Double thickness is 650gsm. In other words, it looks and feels doubly good. Please allow 1-2 days extra printing time.

Our paper is always sourced from Forest Steward Council (FSC) certified forests. And we use plastic-free packaging you can recycle at home. Read more.
