We produce your pieces of Papier on demand (especially for you) from our family of printers in the USA. Once printed and despatched, they make their way to you via the below shipping methods, but please note that some options will not be available on all products.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not typically accept returns. If you're not happy with your order please let us know within 7 days of receipt of the parcel. For non-personalised products, we accept returns within 28 days of receipt of the parcel, please email support@papier.com to start the return process.
To allow us to assist you, please email support@papier.com with clear photographs if applicable, as this will help us work out a resolution for you as quickly as possible.
