When will my item be dispatched?


  • For most products, production takes 2-3 full business days before dispatch
  • 'Double Thick' or foil pressed products take an additional working day of production before dispatch
  • Some items such as leather notebooks are produced in the UK which means they will have longer dispatch times and higher shipping costs

Returns & cancellations

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we don’t typically accept returns. If you’re not happy with your order please let us know within 7 days of receipt of the parcel. For non-personalized products, we accept returns within 28 days of receipt of the parcel, please email support@papier.com to start the return process.

To allow us to assist you, please email support@papier.com with clear photographs if applicable, as this will help us work out a resolution for you as quickly as possible.
