Due to the personalized nature of these products, we don’t typically accept returns. However, if you're not 100% happy with your order, get in touch within 30 days of your order date and we'll sort it.

Files must be uploaded in .jpeg format, with a minimum resolution of 300dpi
If using colored files, please ensure these are in a CMYK colour profile
Artwork must not include crop marks

Please add a 0.12" bleed to your artwork, finished artwork should have the following dimensions:

Portrait: 5.25" x 5.25"
Landscape: 7.25" x 5.25"
