Some days are brighter than others, some days frankly feel a little dark. It’s natural for all of us to need a positive reminder of the light within us and around us. So we’ve gathered some of the inspiring, healing words from our friends and favourite writers to help you in these moments. Whether you note them in your wellness journal, jot them on notecards or leave them around the house to happen upon in times of need, we hope you find these balms for the minds just as soothing as we do.
